Maybe you noticed a new option in the menu at the top of the screen that there is a new option under facility settings. The new menu option is “Facility Users.

iFill was updated today to tighten security for prescribing controls. Make sure you have an up-to-date DEA number on file with us if necessary. Contact us at support@myifill.com to get that squared away.

In today’s update:– When searching for a drug, the resulting list is now grouped by drug characteristics. Grouping first on the drug name, then on the drug form and finally strength. — Favorite drugs are now listed before the drug search. You can quickly select from your favorites without searching at all.

With today’s update:– Buttons and terminology that formerly referred to “Front Desk” have been modified to state that the orders are “Saved” — PRN will now default out one year.

In today’s update: — When creating a new prescription and after searching for a patient, if the patient is found, you can now view the patient prescription history. From that history you can re-prescribe an existing prescription. The prescription must still be reviewed before continuing, but the option can save time when filling similar prescriptions. […]

In today’s update:– In the formula search, the name of the medication can be selected instead of the green plus icon. — The DEA license is no longer fully visible in the prescription creation screen. Just a couple final digits are visible for confirmation.
